Welcome to the Rogalski Family Website!!

This site was created in an effort to preserve the cultural heritage of the Rogalski and Jarkiewicz families, provide exchange of information between the extended families, and for fun!! It is dedicated to my parents: John and Melanie Rogalski (shown above), their descendents,  and their ancestors. I expect this website to be in a state of constant *under construction*. If you have something you would like to add, please send it via email. We have a website at www.jarkiewicz.com totally dedicated to the Jarkiewicz/Mroz/Gajda side of our family.

The way the website works so far is this: if you click on the link or picture of anyone, it will lead you to another page or to an enlarged photo. You will find links to pages with pictures of both sides of the family and family trees. There are many pictures I don't have and would appreciate any help anyone can give. Some of the pages with lots of pictures are slow even though I used thumbnails (double-click to get the full picture) but I'm not going to divide them further until I have all the pictures I need from everyone so please send them in!! Also, any bits of family history you would like to see here, please send them along. If you have a website you'd like to link here, please send it to me.

I would like to thank my cousins, Joni Rogalski Black, Kathleen Rogalski Slader and Larry Rogalski, and Dorothy Recko for getting me information on the Rogalski names and dates that I didn't know. Dorothy was instrumental in finding the names of the old Polish towns where our ancestors originated. I'd also like to thank everyone for sharing their pictures for the site, and to my Aunt Marie, who passed away in 2002, for carefully preserving many old photos.

I have recently compiled lots of information and have more coming. I will place it here and explain the process for those who are interested. Click here for the beginning.

I have taken down most birthdates of those living and some last names. I am planning on placing an extended family tree area for family-only access. Once it is on-line, please email me for access.
